Biography

Larry Ladale

“My grandmother was 1 of 9 children. Every year on family reunion weekend, her and the siblings would convene and sing together. Harmonizing. No practice. I said ‘I don’t know what’s happening right now, but I want to do THAT!”

Larry’s musical influences are as diverse as his life experiences. The energy and excitement of 80s rock, the raw power of blues and 90s-2000s hard rock, the spiritual depth of gospel, and the infectious rhythms of pop and funk have all shaped his sound.
“Church was live and heavy EVERY Sunday. That was my basis. So the music has to have spice. If it doesn’t hit you, I’m not with it.”

In 2014, Larry’s life took a dramatic turn. A heart condition forced him to reevaluate his priorities and appreciate the gift of life. This experience fueled a newfound sense of purpose and inspired him to create music that celebrates hope and resilience.

The debut single, “Sing Your Song,” is a reflection of these experiences. It’s a pop rock anthem that encourages listeners to persevere through challenges, find joy in the darkest moments, and embrace the beauty of life. The contrasting elements of the song, a joyful, danceable verse and a powerful, driving chorus—mirror the complexities of life itself.

The message is simple: God is real and miracles happen. There is hope in darkness and when the sun finally shines, bathe in the light.
